Choosing support for yourself or someone you care about is an important decision. At Dynamic Supports & Services, we believe support should begin with understanding the individual, not simply choosing a service from a list.

For more than 20 years, Dynamic has worked alongside individuals, families, caregivers, and community partners to provide thoughtful, person centered support that promotes independence, dignity, confidence, and meaningful participation in everyday life.

Private services give individuals and families additional flexibility to choose the type, frequency, and combination of support that works best for their needs.

Who we are

More Than Support. A Partnership.

Our role is not to take over a person's life. Our role is to provide the right level of support, teaching, encouragement, and assistance so that individuals can participate more fully in their own lives and continue developing greater independence whenever possible.

We value respectful relationships, open communication, individual choice, reliability, personal growth, and support that makes sense for the person receiving it.

Ways to receive services

How Can We Support You?

Dynamic Supports & Services works with individuals and families through several service pathways. Whether you are purchasing services privately, receiving services through Florida's Agency for Persons with Disabilities, Florida Community Care, or an applicable Florida Medicaid managed care plan, we can help you understand your options and determine the appropriate next step.

You do not need to know which pathway applies to you before contacting us.

I'm Not Sure Where to Start

That is okay. Many people know they need support before they know which funding or service pathway applies to them.

Services are based on the individual's approved waiver services and applicable authorization requirements. Private pay rates do not apply.

Florida Community Care ICMC

Services are subject to Florida Community Care authorization and applicable program requirements. Private pay rates do not apply.

Private services

Private Support Options

Services can be used individually or, when appropriate, combined to create a more individualized support plan.

Personal Supports

Starting at $30 per hour

Three hour minimum

Individualized assistance with everyday activities and routines. Support may include personal care needs, daily routines, community participation, safety awareness, organization, household activities, and other agreed upon areas where assistance can help the individual participate more independently.

Respite

Starting at $30 per hour

Three hour minimum

Short term support for an individual while a parent, caregiver, or other natural support person takes time away from their caregiving responsibilities. Respite should still be meaningful for the person receiving support. Depending on the individual's interests and plan, time may include activities at home, recreation, community participation, social activities, or assistance with regular routines.

Adult Companion

Starting at $30 per hour

Three hour minimum

Support focused on companionship, social connection, recreation, community involvement, meaningful activities, and reducing isolation. Companion services can be especially helpful for adults who benefit from having someone available to participate in activities, practice social skills, explore interests, or become more involved in their community.

Dynamic will discuss and confirm the rate before services begin. No surprise charges.

Transportation

Transportation During Services

Transportation may be provided when it directly supports the individual's scheduled service, goals, community participation, appointments, activities, or planned errands. Transportation is intended to complement the service being provided.

Dynamic does not operate as a taxi, rideshare, or stand alone transportation service.

Reasonable local transportation that is part of the agreed service plan may be included during the scheduled service period. Trips involving extensive driving, significant travel time, destinations outside the normal service area, or unusual transportation needs may require prior approval and an additional charge. If an additional transportation charge applies, it will be discussed before the trip is scheduled.

Parking, admission costs, tickets, meals, activity fees, and similar personal expenses are generally the responsibility of the individual unless another arrangement has been made.

Complimentary in home assessment and family meeting

Meet Us Before You Decide

Before beginning services, we want an opportunity to meet the individual and the people who are important to them. The assessment is a relaxed conversation, not a clinical examination. Most meetings take approximately 30 minutes.

During the meeting we will:

  • Get to know the individual
  • Learn about strengths, interests, preferences, and routines
  • Discuss the areas where support may be helpful
  • Talk about goals
  • Discuss scheduling needs
  • Answer questions about Dynamic
  • Review possible service options
  • Determine whether Dynamic appears to be an appropriate fit

There is no assessment fee. There is no obligation to begin services.

Whenever appropriate, we encourage the individual who may receive services to participate in the meeting and in decisions about their support. After the meeting, Dynamic can recommend the service or combination of services that appears to best fit the individual's needs. Rates and scheduling expectations are discussed before the individual or family commits to services.

Simple, Secure Payment Options

Private services are self pay services. Dynamic accepts major credit and debit cards.

Payments may be securely processed through approved payment processing platforms such as Square or Stripe.

Customer payment methods may include major cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Additional electronic payment methods may be available depending on the payment request used. Final payment terms are provided before services begin. One time and recurring service arrangements may have different billing schedules.

When Plans Change

We understand that schedules sometimes change.

Whenever possible, please provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or changing a scheduled service. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time have no cancellation charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be charged 50 percent of the scheduled visit, up to the applicable service minimum. If a staff member has already arrived for a scheduled service and the individual is unavailable, the applicable minimum service charge may apply.

Emergencies and unusual circumstances may be reviewed individually by Dynamic management.

When Support Is Needed Beyond the Usual Schedule

Overnight support may be available depending on the individual's needs, staffing availability, supervision requirements, and schedule. Because overnight needs vary considerably, the rate is determined after discussing the specific support required.

Holiday services are also available based on staffing availability. Holiday services require a four hour minimum and include an additional $5 per hour holiday service charge. All rates are confirmed before scheduling.

Important Service Information

  • Dynamic private services are nonmedical support services.
  • Dynamic services do not replace emergency medical care, skilled nursing, medical treatment, or services that legally require a licensed healthcare professional.
  • Service acceptance is based on whether Dynamic can safely and appropriately meet the individual's needs.
  • Private service availability is also dependent on staff availability and scheduling.
